In terms of operation, the pump exhibits a clockwise rotation when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.
Boasting a premium vertical motor, this pump is secured to the motor seat with precision bolts and transmits power directly through an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame, ensuring uncompromised efficiency.
The outlet pipe, along with the pipe flange and bolted connections, integrates seamlessly to form a cohesive unit, securely anchored to the bottom plate. For the HYF type pump, the entire assembly is strategically installed on the container through this bottom plate, ensuring stability and efficiency.
Built for durability, key components outside the liquid contact parts, such as the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from resilient cast iron, while the bottom plate is made of robust polypropylene.
Designed to withstand significant stress, the pump's axial and radial forces, including those from water pressure during operation, the weight of the impeller and rotor, among other factors, are adeptly managed by a sophisticated one-way bearing box installed inside.
Equipped with thrust ball bearings, single row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft, this pump ensures safe, stable, and efficient operation. The bearings are meticulously lubricated with butter, while the guide bearing is designed to withstand rigorous conditions.

The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contractual requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for their intended purpose in both design and construction. Rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments will be conducted to demonstrate their capabilities and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part or the entirety of the goods fail to comply with the contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no extra cost. This must be done within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the defects cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, and the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. The replacement must adhere to the original delivery schedule.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
Our submersible pumps come with an extensive warranty period of 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, parts will be replaced free of charge. For malfunctions due to the buyer's cause, timely assistance will be provided. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
