Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods fully adhere to contract requirements, ensuring they are fit for the intended purpose in both design and construction. All performance values and tolerances must meet or surpass expectations. The goods will undergo comprehensive testing, as stipulated in the contract and its attachments, to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with products that meet contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps extends 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months post-operation. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. Should pump malfunctions occur due to buyer reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
