Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by secondary blade or impeller balance holes. Choose between soft packing (coolable or non-coolable).
Alternatively, a variety of single and double-end mechanical seals can be used, including balanced types for enhanced sealing.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, continuous operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells for balanced radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite unit. This allows maintenance without pipeline removal when using an extended coupling.
Motor removal is unnecessary when using the shaft. Flange designs are available in PN16 and PN25, with applicability to ANSI125 standards.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
