Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully meet the contract requirements, ensuring they are fit for their intended design and construction use. They must surpass all performance metrics and tolerances, and be rigorously tested per the contract and its attachments to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the issue, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them, prompting the seller to replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the standards in the ISO9000 series of the 2000 edition. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, the supplier will replace any parts with manufacturing quality issues at no cost. If pump malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
