Boasting an exceptional service life, the HYF (FYS) submersible pump can seamlessly replace any other corrosion-resistant submersible pump. It features a stunning appearance, lightweight construction, and smoothly efficient operation.
With stability at its core, this pump operates with minimal vibration and noise. Its design ensures effortless assembly and disassembly. As the pump body remains submerged, it eliminates shaft seal leakage, bottom valve complications, and the need for liquid injection.

The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump is an ideal solution for a vast array of industries including chemical, medical, minting, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticides.
It is adept at handling a wide range of chemical media, with the exception of a few specific substances like molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, and chlorine trifluoride.
Product Parameters
The HYF (FYS) submersible pump is meticulously designed with a robust assembly including a pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet.
Crafted with precision, it is composed of integral components such as pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames, ensuring seamless functionality.
Ingeniously designed, the pump's suction port aligns along the axis direction, while the outlet maintains a parallel position to the axis for optimal performance.
Engineered for reliability, the pump exhibits a clockwise rotation when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, ensuring dependable operation.
Featuring a vertical motor, this pump is securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts, and power is directly transmitted through an elastic coupling, pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame, among others.
The outlet pipe, combined with the pipe flange and bolted connection, forms a cohesive unit that is firmly fixed on the bottom plate, ensuring stability. The entire pump is efficiently installed on the container via the bottom plate, ensuring secure operations outflow.
For components outside the liquid contact parts, such as the motor base and pump frame, durable cast iron is used. Additionally, the bottom plate is constructed from resilient polypropylene.
The pump is designed to effectively manage axial and radial forces, including water pressure generated during operation, and the weight of the impeller and rotor, all controlled by the one-way bearing box installed within.
Utilizing thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft, the pump ensures safe and consistent operation. Bearings are lubricated with butter, while the guide bearing ensures smooth functionality.
The pump's guide bearing is lubricated by the liquid being transported, necessitating that the liquid level remains above the impeller's centerline during operation.

The products provided by the seller will strictly adhere to the contract's specifications, ensuring they meet design and construction requirements and are suitable for their intended use. They must fulfill or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. Each item will undergo thorough testing outlined in the contract and its annexes to confirm compliance with technical specifications and performance criteria.
Should any product or its parts fail to meet the contract's standards, the seller is obligated to rectify the issue, inspect, and retest at no extra cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as per mutual agreement. If the issue remains unresolved, the buyer may reject the goods, prompting the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives that fulfill contract requirements within the original delivery timeframe.
The seller must uphold an effective quality assurance system in line with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products must meet HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months post-operation, whichever is earlier. During this time, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. Should any issues arise due to buyer mishandling, the supplier will still provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts come with an additional one-year warranty.
