The products provided by the seller are guaranteed to meet all contract requirements and be perfectly suited for the intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will be rigorously tested as per the contract and its appendices to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods fail to conform to the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify any defects or re-inspect and re-test the items at no extra cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeline. If the defects cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods, in which case the seller must replace them with compliant goods within the originally agreed delivery period.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system during all organizational processes, satisfying the standards of the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the four pumps lasts 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free replacement of parts by the supplier. Should any malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts is one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
