Our Service Commitment
The products supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to contract specifications and are designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Each product will undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its appendices to ensure technical specifications and performance criteria are met.
Should the products or any part thereof fail to comply with contract specifications, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring timely completion as per mutual agreement. If the defect cannot be remedied, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with acceptable substitutes, ensuring delivery within the agreed timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the products must meet the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our warranty for the 4 pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever comes first. During this period, should any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will replace the affected parts free of charge. For any operational failures due to buyer's mishandling, the supplier pledges prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
