The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. Options include soft packing seals (with optional cooling).

Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller shall fully conform to the contract requirements, ensuring suitability for design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances, and undergo rigorous testing as per the contract and attachments to validate their performance and compliance with technical specifications.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within an agreed timeframe. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide alternatives that satisfy the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must implement a robust quality assurance system in line with ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the provided products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation, whichever is longer. During this period, if any manufacturing defects arise, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. Moreover, if malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will promptly assist in resolving them. A one-year warranty is guaranteed for any replaced parts.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
