Our Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods supplied fully adhere to contract specifications and are apt for the intended design and construction purposes; They must meet or surpass all performance standards and tolerances; The goods are subjected to rigorous testing as per contract agreements to validate their technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract standards, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and/or retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If remedial action is unsuccessful, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with compliant goods promptly, adhering to the original contract delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout organizational processes, aligning with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Additionally, the supplied products must conform to HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free replacement parts. Should any malfunctions occur due to buyer's reasons, the supplier pledges prompt assistance. Replaced parts carry an additional one-year warranty.
