The HYF (FYS) submersible pump is meticulously engineered and primarily features a robust pump body, a resilient pump cover, a high-efficiency impeller, a durable shaft, an elastic coupling, precise pipe flanges, a guide bearing, an intermediate connecting pipe, and an efficiently designed outlet.
Crafted with precision, the pump includes critical components such as durable pipes, sturdy bearing frames, solid base plates, and robust motor frames.
Ingeniously designed, the suction port of the pump aligns with the axis direction, while the outlet is strategically positioned parallel to the axis, ensuring optimal flow and performance.
Engineered for reliability, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction when observed from the suction port towards the motor section, maximizing operational efficiency.
With a vertical motor securely bolted to the motor seat, this pump guarantees direct transmission to the pump via an elastic coupling, the pump body, an intermediate connection pipe, and a sturdy pump frame.
The robust outlet pipe, reinforced pipe flange, and secure bolted connections form an integral structure, firmly anchored on the bottom plate. The entire assembly is meticulously installed on the container through the bottom plate, ensuring the HYF type pump operates seamlessly.
Engineered with excellence, major components that are not in direct contact with the liquid, including the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from high-grade cast iron, while the bottom plate boasts durable polypropylene construction.
The pump’s axial and radial forces, such as water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are expertly managed by a one-way bearing box, ensuring stability and performance.
Thrust ball bearings, single-row radial ball bearings, and a sliding guide shaft collectively ensure the pump operates safely and smoothly. The bearing lubrication with butter, combined with the guide bearing lubrication by the transported liquid, maximizes longevity.
To maintain optimal performance, the liquid level must always be above the impeller’s centerline, ensuring proper lubrication and operation.
Additionally, the HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series is tailored with either an intermediate guide bearing structure or a non-immersed bearing structure, depending on the varying lengths L extending into the container.

Comprehensive Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract's requirements and be suitable for their intended use in both design and construction; They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will be rigorously tested as per the contract and its attachments, ensuring their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any goods or parts thereof fail to comply with the contract stipulations, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the mutually agreed time frame. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller is obligated to replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, all within the originally agreed delivery period.
The seller must implement and maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the same stringent requirements as specified in the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition. The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation. During this period, should any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. Even if the pump malfunctions due to the buyer's reasons, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts extends to one year.
