Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller will flawlessly adhere to the contract stipulations, ensuring they are ideally suited for their designed and constructed purposes. They will meet or exceed all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Rigorous testing in line with the contract and its appendices will confirm their capability and adherence to the technical specifications and performance metrics.
Should any goods or their components fail to comply with contract provisions, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect and re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be accomplished within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such a scenario, the seller must replace the rejected goods with compliant alternatives, ensuring completion within the original contract delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition throughout the production process. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months post-installation. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, the supplier will offer free replacement parts. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will provide prompt support. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
