Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. Options for soft packing seals (cooled or non-cooled) are available for flexibility.
Moreover, various configurations of single and double-end mechanical seals can be utilized, including balanced types, to cater to diverse sealing requirements.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and prolonged operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells to effectively balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, which includes the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component for easy maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline (with extended coupling).

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must adhere completely to the contract requirements and be suitable for their intended use in design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances, undergoing rigorous testing as per the contract provisions to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods, requiring the seller to replace them with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, within the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system in line with the IS09000 series 2000 edition requirements. Additionally, products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Warranty Policy: The 4 pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. Any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to buyer fault, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts are warranted for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
