Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements and be suitable for their intended design and application; they must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The products must be tested as per the contract and its attachments to verify their capabilities and adherence to the technical specifications and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to meet the contractual provisions, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost, and within the time agreed by both parties. If the defect cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, completing this within the agreed delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system comparable to the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty for the 4 pumps is 18 months from shipment or 12 months after operational start. If manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. The supplier will also assist promptly with any pump malfunctions due to the buyer's causes. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
