Superior Service Policy
Our products are guaranteed to meet the contract's specifications and are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction use. They will meet or exceed all performance criteria and tolerances and will undergo thorough testing as per the contract to validate their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product fail to meet contract provisions, we will rectify the defect and/or retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring timely completion as agreed. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. We will then replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, ensuring this is done within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.

Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this period, any quality manufacturing defects will be addressed with free part replacements. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
