Application Range and Product Features
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be efficiently sealed with either soft packing (options for cooling available) or various structures of single and double end mechanical seals (including balanced types).

Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with contractual requirements, be fit for design and construction purposes, and meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. They must undergo rigorous testing according to contract specifications to ensure adherence to technical standards and performance data.
If any part of the goods fails to comply with the contract, the seller must correct the defect and/or retest the goods at no extra cost, within the agreed timeline. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller is required to implement a robust quality assurance system in accordance with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. The provided products must also meet the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the date of operation commencement. During this time, any manufacturing defects will be rectified free of charge. For issues arising due to the buyer's usage, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty on replaced parts is one year.
