Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must strictly adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring they are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction use. They must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. Each product must be rigorously tested as per the contract and its appendices to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance standards.
Should any goods or parts fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to remedy the defects, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as per the agreed schedule. If the issues cannot be resolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with goods that meet contract specifications, ensuring the replacement is delivered within the originally stipulated timeframe.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Furthermore, the products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSH180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, the supplier will replace any defective parts free of charge due to manufacturing issues. If any malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replacement parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
