The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Engineered to perfection, this pump adheres strictly to DIN24256/ISO2858 standards, ensuring top-notch size and performance metrics.
The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps boast a performance range that encompasses all the capabilities of the IH series. Not only does it match the IH series, but it also surpasses it in efficiency, cavitation performance, and other critical indicators.

Application Range and Product Features
The shaft seal pressure is balanced by the balance holes on secondary blades or impellers, enabling effective use of soft packing (cooled or uncooled).
Additionally, it supports various single and double-end mechanical seals including balanced types, for versatile sealing solutions.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operation, with some models featuring double screw shells to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, encompassing the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component enabling maintenance without removing the pump body from the pipeline (with extended coupling).
With the use of the shaft, motor removal is unnecessary. Flange design supports PN16 and PN25 (material-dependent), and is also suitable for ANSI125.
Handles pressures of 150 pounds per square inch, ensuring robust performance.

Service Excellence Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully adhere to the contract requirements and be fit for the intended purpose in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance metrics and tolerances. Additionally, the products must undergo testing as outlined in the contract and its annexes to demonstrate compliance with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any product or component fail to meet the contract requirements, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring timely completion as per the agreed schedule. If correction is not feasible, the buyer can reject the products, and the seller must replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract terms. Replacement must be completed within the originally agreed delivery timeline.
The seller must maintain a robust quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, in alignment with ISO9000 series: 2000 standards. All products must also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically OHSAS 18001/HSE requirements.
Our pumps come with a warranty period of 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever is sooner. During this period, we guarantee free replacement of any parts due to manufacturing quality issues. In the event of pump malfunctions caused by the buyer, we provide timely support to address the issue. The warranty for replaced parts extends for an additional year.
