Our Service Policy
The goods provided by Jiangsu Jinglun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. must fully comply with the contract requirements, ensuring they are suitable for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing in accordance with the contract provisions and attachments to demonstrate their capabilities and compliance with the technical specifications and performance standards.
If the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller is obligated to remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the time frame agreed upon by both parties. Should the goods be irreparable, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In that case, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. All replacement work must be completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition during the organizational process. Additionally, the products provided must comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed by replacing the parts free of charge. Should any pump malfunctions arise due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will also provide timely assistance. The supplier guarantees a one-year warranty period for any replaced parts.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
