Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller are guaranteed to fully comply with the contract's requirements and be suitable for their intended use in design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and must be tested as per the contract and its attachments to prove their capability and compliance with technical specifications.
If any goods or parts fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no cost to the buyer. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, adhering to the original delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system compliant with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Products must also meet the standards of the HSE management system, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. If the buyer causes pump malfunctions, the supplier will still provide timely assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
