Service Policy
The goods supplied by the seller must fully adhere to the contract's stipulations, ensuring they are perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all specified performance standards and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, must be conducted to confirm their capability and conformity with the technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods or their components fail to meet contract specifications, the seller is obligated to rectify the defects and/or conduct additional inspections and tests at no cost to the buyer, adhering to the agreed timeline. If the issues remain unresolved, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. Consequently, the seller must replace the non-compliant goods with suitable alternatives, ensuring the replacement is completed within the contractual delivery timeframe.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system, consistent with the ISO9000 series 2000 standards. Additionally, the provided products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
For the four pumps, an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or a 12-month warranty post-operation is provided. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with complimentary part replacements. If malfunctions arise due to buyer actions, the supplier will offer prompt assistance. The warranty for any replaced parts extends for one year.
