Service Policy
The seller guarantees that all goods provided will fully conform to contract requirements and are meticulously designed and constructed for their intended use. They will meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances, and each item will undergo rigorous testing as per contract specifications to ensure compliance with technical standards and performance data.
Should any goods or components fail to meet contract standards, the seller is obligated to rectify the defects, inspect, and retest the items at no extra cost. All rectification work must be completed within a mutually agreed timeframe. If the issues cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to reject the goods, and the seller must replace them with items that meet contract requirements, ensuring delivery does not exceed the originally agreed contract date.

Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months after installation, whichever comes first. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
