Service Policy
The products provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be fit for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and be tested according to the contract and its attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
If any portion of the goods fails to meet the contract requirements, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer, completing the work within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied or corrected, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives to meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products provided must meet the HSE management system standard requirements, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever is sooner. During this period, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If any pump malfunctions occur due to buyer reasons, the supplier will also provide timely assistance. The supplier guarantees that the warranty period for replaced parts is one year.
