Designed for outstanding stability, this pump operates with minimal vibration and noise. Its straightforward disassembly and assembly make it a user-friendly choice. With the pump housing submerged in liquid, it eliminates the risk of shaft seal leakage, requires no bottom valve, and negates the need for liquid injection.

The HYF (FYS) corrosion-resistant submersible pump is expertly crafted to handle a diverse range of industrial applications. It is perfectly suited for sectors including chemical, medical, currency production, dyeing, metallurgy, environmental protection, and pesticides, among others.
It is adept at transporting nearly all chemical mediums, with exceptions only for a few unique substances such as molten metal lithium, sodium, potassium, and chlorine trifluoride.

The HYF (FYS) submersible pump is expertly engineered, featuring a robust assembly including a pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and outlet. Each component is meticulously designed to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
This sophisticated pump is composed of high-quality components such as pipes, bearing frames, base plates, and motor frames. These elements collaborate seamlessly to create an efficient and durable system.
Ingeniously designed, the suction port of the pump aligns precisely with the axis direction, while the outlet runs parallel to the axis, ensuring streamlined water flow.

Featuring a vertical motor, this pump is securely fastened to the motor seat with bolts, ensuring stability. Power is transmitted directly to the pump via an elastic coupling, integrated through the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame for seamless functionality.
The outlet pipe, equipped with a pipe flange and bolted connection, forms a cohesive whole fixed onto the bottom plate. The entire pump system is expertly installed on the container through this bottom plate, providing a stable and secure operation. The HYF type pump is engineered for reliability and efficiency.
Ensuring structural integrity, major components outside of liquid contact parts, like the motor base and pump frame, are crafted from durable cast iron. The bottom plate is constructed from resilient polypropylene, offering both strength and corrosion resistance.
The pump's axial and radial forces, including those from water pressure, impeller weight, and rotor dynamics, are expertly managed by a one-way bearing box installed within. This ensures smooth and efficient pump operation.
Advanced thrust ball bearings and single row radial ball bearings, along with a sliding guide shaft, work in harmony to guarantee safe, normal operation. Bearings are lubricated with premium butter, while the guide bearing is meticulously maintained.
The liquid being transported also serves as a lubricant, requiring that the liquid level remains above the impeller's centerline during operation to ensure continuous pump efficiency.
The HYF corrosion-resistant liquid centrifugal series offers versatility with its two distinct designs: the intermediate guide bearing structure and the non-immersed bearing structure.
