1. The pump boasts a vertical structure, featuring identical inlet and outlet diameters aligned on the same centerline. Its design allows for valve-like pipeline installation, presenting a compact and efficient appearance.

Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller must fully comply with contract specifications and be suitable for their intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or exceed all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods must be tested as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller must promptly address the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. All corrective actions must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring that the replacement is delivered within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the IS09000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, the products must adhere to the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first. Should any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no charge. If any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance in resolving the issues. The warranty for replaced parts is guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
