The products we provide will strictly adhere to the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability in design and construction for their intended use. Should any part of the goods fail to meet the contract provisions, we will promptly address and remedy the defects at no extra cost. We will conduct necessary inspections and retests within the agreed timeframe. If the defects cannot be rectified, the buyer may reject the goods. Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or a 12-month operational warranty, whichever is longer. Replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty.

We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
