Service Commitment
The products provided by the seller will fully comply with contractual specifications, designed and constructed for their intended use. They will either meet or exceed all performance standards and tolerances. Each product will be tested to ensure compliance with technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any product fail to meet contract specifications, the seller will remedy and retest the product at no additional cost to the buyer, ensuring timely resolution. If the product remains non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject it. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected item with one that meets contractual requirements, adhering to the original delivery schedule.
The seller will maintain a robust quality assurance system equivalent to ISO9000 series standards (2000 edition). Products will also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
Each pump comes with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or a 12-month operational warranty. Should any manufacturing defects arise during this period, the supplier will replace the parts at no cost. If malfunctions are due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will still assist promptly. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
