Service Commitment
The products we deliver are guaranteed to fully comply with contract specifications, designed and constructed for their intended use. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per contract provisions will be conducted to validate their compliance with technical standards and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract stipulations, the seller will rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the products at no additional cost within an agreed timeframe. If the defect is irreparable, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items or provide suitable alternatives, adhering to the original delivery schedule.
The seller is required to maintain an effective quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products must also comply with the stringent HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty for the four pumps spans 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months post-operation. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, the supplier will replace parts at no cost. The supplier will also provide timely support for any malfunctions due to buyer-related causes, with a guarantee of one year for replaced parts.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
