Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance metrics and tolerances. The goods will be rigorously tested in accordance with the contract and its attachments to validate their capabilities and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
If the goods or any part thereof do not comply with the contract provisions, the seller must remedy the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be done within the agreed timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or offer suitable replacements that meet the contract requirements. All replacement work must be completed within the delivery period, not exceeding the originally agreed contract delivery date.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the same standards as the IS09000 series 2000 edition. The products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this time, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. If any pump malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is one year.
