Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully comply with the contract requirements and be suitable for the intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances. The goods will undergo rigorous testing in line with contract provisions and attachments to verify their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract provisions, the seller must rectify the defect and/or inspect and retest the goods at no charge to the buyer, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer may reject the goods. The seller must then replace the rejected items with suitable goods meeting the contract requirements, ensuring delivery within the originally agreed contract timeframe.
The seller must implement an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, adhering to the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. The products provided must also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation commencement, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be resolved by the supplier free of charge, including part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will still provide timely assistance. The warranty period for replaced parts is also guaranteed for one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
