Exemplary Service Policy
The products supplied by the seller will fully satisfy contract requirements and be perfectly suited for their intended design and construction purposes. They will meet or surpass all performance benchmarks and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as stipulated by the contract and its attachments, will confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with contract stipulations, the seller is obligated to rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no extra cost to the buyer, within the agreed timeframe. If rectification is impossible, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements. The replacement must be completed within the originally specified delivery timeline.
The seller will enforce a robust quality assurance system aligning with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All products will adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing defects will result in free part replacements. For malfunctions due to the buyer’s actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
