Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must guarantee complete compliance with contractual requirements and suitability for intended design and construction purposes. They must meet or surpass all performance values and tolerances. The goods are to be tested according to the contract and its attachments to demonstrate their capability and adherence to technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with the contract, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost, ensuring completion within the agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements, ensuring the replacement is completed within the originally agreed delivery date.

The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this time, if any manufacturing quality issues arise, the supplier will replace the parts free of charge. Should any pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will offer timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for an additional year.
