The products we provide are guaranteed to fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They will meet or exceed all performance values and tolerances, and will be rigorously tested in accordance with the contract provisions to demonstrate their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any part of the goods fail to comply with the contract provisions, we will rectify the defects or inspect and retest the goods free of charge, without financial constraints, completing the work within the agreed timeframe. If rectification isn't possible, the buyer may reject the goods, and we will replace them with suitable alternatives within the originally agreed delivery time.
We adhere to a stringent quality assurance system throughout our organizational process, in line with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Our products also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
We offer an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months after operation for our pumps. Should any manufacturing quality issues arise within this period, we will replace the parts at no charge. If pump malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, we will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts are guaranteed for one additional year.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
