Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully adhere to contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Testing must be conducted in accordance with the contract provisions to verify compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract requirements, the seller must rectify the defect, inspect, and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This process must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods or provide suitable alternatives that meet the contract requirements. The replacement must be completed within the originally agreed delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system, aligned with IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also comply with HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements by the supplier. Should malfunctions occur due to buyer-related reasons, the supplier will provide timely support. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
