Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is ingeniously balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be effectively sealed with soft packing, with optional cooling.
Additionally, a variety of single and double-end mechanical seals can be utilized, with balanced types available for enhanced sealing performance.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth operation. The pump body, in some specifications, features a double screw shell design to balance radial forces.
The bearing frame, inclusive of the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component. This design allows for pump body maintenance without pipeline removal, especially when using an extended coupling.
During shaft usage, the motor remains intact. The flange design accommodates PN16 and PN25 standards based on material differences. It's also compatible with ANSI125.
