Service Policy
The products provided by the seller will fully comply with contract requirements, ensuring suitability for intended use in both design and construction. They will meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing, as outlined in the contract and its attachments, will demonstrate their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
In instances where the goods or any part thereof fail to comply with contract provisions, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the mutually agreed upon timeframe. Should the goods remain non-compliant, the buyer reserves the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must provide replacements that meet contract specifications within the originally agreed delivery dates.
The seller will implement a robust quality assurance system consistent with the requirements of the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. All products will adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. Should any manufacturing defects arise within this period, the supplier will replace affected parts at no charge. For any operational issues resulting from the buyer's use, the supplier will provide prompt assistance. Replaced parts will carry a one-year warranty.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
