The HCZ series standardized chemical pump is an exceptional horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pump. Its dimensions and performance are meticulously crafted to meet the stringent DIN24256/ISO2858 standards.
The HCZ series standardized chemical pumps boast an impressive performance range that encompasses all the capabilities of the IH series standardized chemical pumps. Notably, its efficiency, cavitation performance, and other critical metrics surpass industry benchmarks.
Thanks to the advanced design of the IH type pump, the HCZ series can be seamlessly interchanged with an IH type pump, ensuring unparalleled versatility and ease of use.

Application range and product feature
The pressure on the shaft seal is balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be sealed with soft packing, cooled or uncooled.
Alternatively, a variety of single and double end mechanical seals can be used, including balanced types for enhanced durability.
Durable ball bearings and ample shaft diameter ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation. Some pump body specifications feature double screw shells for balanced radial forces.
The bearing frame, comprising the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component that allows maintenance of the pump body without removing it from the pipeline (with extended coupling).
Using the shaft, the motor remains in place. Flange design options include PN16 and PN25, depending on material differences, and compatibility with ANSI125.
Supports pressure ratings of 125 pounds per square inch or 150 pounds per square inch, ensuring versatile application.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
