Our Commitment to Service Excellence
The goods supplied by the seller are guaranteed to fully adhere to the contract requirements, ensuring suitability in both design and construction for the intended purpose. They must meet or surpass all performance criteria and tolerances. All goods shall undergo rigorous testing as stipulated in the contract and its attachments to confirm their compliance with technical specifications and performance benchmarks.
Should any part of the goods fail to meet contract provisions, the seller is obliged to rectify the defect and/or re-inspect and retest the goods for the buyer at no additional cost. This must be completed within the mutually agreed timeframe. If remedies fail, the buyer reserves the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected items with goods that fulfill the contract requirements, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery schedule.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system throughout the organizational process, in alignment with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition. Additionally, products must adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
Our warranty for the four pumps extends to 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months after operation, whichever is sooner. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free parts replacement. Should any malfunctions arise due to buyer-related issues, the supplier will still offer prompt assistance. Replacement parts are guaranteed for one year from the date of replacement.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
