With the pump body submerged, it eliminates the need for a shaft seal, preventing leaks, and negates the requirement for a bottom valve or liquid injection.

The innovative HYF (FYS) submersible pump is meticulously engineered, featuring a robust assembly of a pump body, pump cover, high-efficiency impeller, durable shaft, elastic coupling, secure pipe flange, performance-enhancing guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, and a strategically placed outlet.
Crafted with precision, the pump is composed of essential components such as pipes, sturdy bearing frames, reliable base plates, and robust motor frames, ensuring optimal functionality and durability.
With a unique design, the suction port of the pump aligns with the axis direction, while the outlet seamlessly parallels the axis, providing efficient flow dynamics.
Observing its operation from the suction port towards the motor section, the pump exhibits a smooth clockwise rotation, contributing to its efficient performance.
The vertical motor, securely fastened to the motor seat with high-strength bolts, transmits directly to the pump via an elastic coupling, connecting effortlessly through the pump body, intermediate connection pipe, and pump frame.
Ingeniously designed, the outlet pipe, pipe flange, and bolted connection integrate into a unified structure, firmly anchored to the bottom plate, facilitating seamless installation of the entire pump assembly onto the container base.
For enhanced durability, major components that do not contact liquid, such as the motor base and pump frame, are constructed from resilient cast iron. Meanwhile, the bottom plate is crafted from high-quality polypropylene.
Carefully engineered, the axial and radial forces of the pump, including water pressure during operation and the weight of the impeller and rotor, are efficiently managed by the one-way bearing box installed within.
Incorporating thrust ball bearings and single-row radial ball bearings, along with a sliding guide shaft, ensures the pump's safe and smooth operation. The system is effectively lubricated with butter, optimizing performance.
To ensure proper lubrication of the liquid being transported, it is crucial that the liquid level remains above the centerline of the impeller during operation.
