Application Range and Product Features
The pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by precision-engineered balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be efficiently sealed with optional soft packing, available in both cooled and non-cooled variants.
Additionally, a variety of single and double-end mechanical seals are available, including balanced types, to suit various operational requirements.
Durable ball bearings with ample shaft diameter ensure smooth and reliable operation. Certain pump body specifications are enhanced with double screw shells, effectively balancing radial forces.
The bearing frame assembly, including the shaft, impeller, and packing box, forms a composite component for easy maintenance. The pump body can be serviced without removal from the pipeline when using an extended coupling.
With the use of the shaft, the motor remains in place. The flange design supports both PN16 and PN25 standards, depending on the material used, and is compatible with ANSI 125 standards.

Service Policy
The products we deliver are meticulously designed and constructed to fully meet contractual requirements and intended uses. They will not only satisfy but exceed all performance values and tolerances. Rigorous testing as per the contract and its attachments will verify their capability and compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any item fail to comply with the contract, we will address the defect, inspect, and retest the product free of charge and without financial constraints, ensuring timely completion as mutually agreed. If rectification isn't possible, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, we will promptly replace the rejected items with suitable alternatives, adhering strictly to the originally agreed delivery timeline.
Our process includes a robust quality assurance system aligned with the IS09000 series 2000 edition standards. All provided products will meet the stringent requirements of the HSE management system standard, including 0SHA180001/HSE0.
Our warranty covers the 4 pumps for 18 months from shipment or 12 months from operation commencement. During this period, we will replace any parts with manufacturing quality issues at no cost. Should malfunctions arise due to buyer's reasons, we offer prompt assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends for one additional year.

It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
